Ben Cofield

Ben has been recruiting for more than 12 years, and since starting Novi Global Recruitment in 2014, he has grown that business to more than 17 countries. Now, resume.exchange will further revolutionise the recruitment industry!

Sophie Walters

Sophie is our longest-serving team member, having joined the company shortly after it was set up. As our Marketing Manager, she is in charge of promoting our services.

Max Francis

Max started with us as an intern while he was still at college and has since worked his way up the ranks. Last year he was promoted to Senior Project Manager.
